“My studio pieces are generally one-offs created for specific exhibitions, or experimental work made in small runs as variations on an idea. The collections are open-ended, and evolve on the project table side by side.
Multiples pieces are distillations from the project table… each new studio collection suggests forms that are perfect for a small statement or a simple gesture, and one by one they are developed as multiples and added to this line. All of the pieces are made with care in my studio in San Francisco”.
