Silvia Piantini was born in Tuscany (Italy), in a little town where for her the most exciting place has been always the hardware store. She studied product design in Florence where she graduated in 2010 cum laude. In the same year she moved to Berlin.
Silvia works steadily on her collections of contemporary jewels, which are totally self-produced by her, meanwhile working also as fashion accessories designer for different companies.

EsTemporary is a conceptual space, where ideas are translated in contemporary jewelley.
With her defined, deep and clean style, Silvia Piantini takes inspirations from her experiences and daily life and interpretes these themes through geometric structures, using unconventional materials, everytime in a different way.
The style is rather eclectic, a factor that led to the choice of the name of the brand EsTemporary (Es as Silvia and Temporary as temporary and variability in her productions). Inspired by her personal taste and influenced by the environment in which she lives, the climate of a dark city like Berlin, the two-dimensional and solid geometry, from crafts and architecture, Silvia returns jewels that speak different languages. An “industrial-cosmopolitan melting-pot .
