“My project aims to revalue waste plastic by reassigning it as protagonist material in contemporary jewelry.
The jewels are made of recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) from water bottles.
Careless use of plastics is threatening and destroying our environment. The morphological language that this media allows, turns it into a suitable and coherent material to evoke the idea of Nature, to commemorate its magnificence and to alert on its destruction”.
